We’ve seen dogs and cats getting along, but this inseparable dog and duck is definitely an odd couple! They may be unusual, but the four-year-old Pekin Andy and golden retriever Barclay are best friends. Despite their love-hate relationship, the proud owner Pam Ishiguro said that the animals always call for each other whenever they are apart.
“Barclay loves to eat duck chow, actually he just likes to eat and knows there’s always food in the coop, so whenever he gets a chance, he’ll sneak into the coop and eat their food.” Barclay puts his arms around Andy. Ishiguro added that Barclay was actually afraid of ducks when they were
ducklings and avoid looking in their direction. The dog basically scared of the ducks until just recently. The dog looked totally comfortable being among the ducks. Barclay loves to spend time with Andy and they were often seen cuddling by the sofa. Barclay has no problem sitting with the ducks. Watch the video Below:
