Hyundai Motor Company released The New Avante on the 13th (Mon). It is a partial change model introduced three years after its release in April 2020 and has upgraded new technology and convenience specifications.
New Avante
The design further emphasized the theme of ‘Parametric Dynamics’ that was incorporated in the previous model, while expanding horizontal graphic elements. Overall, it shows a low and wide sense of proportion. Three new colors have been added to the exterior: Meta Blue Pearl, Ecotronic Gray Pearl, and Ultimate Red Metallic.

The interior is also operated in three colors: black one-tone and cashmere beige, along with the new color sage green using bio-friendly materials.
Airbags in New Avante
The New Avante is equipped with 8 airbags, which are the first in its class to have rear seat side airbags (left/right) applied. Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA), Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA), Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control (NSCC), Highway Driving Assist (HDA), Lane Keeping Assist (LFA), etc. A driver assistance system was applied.
In addition, it is the first in its class to apply ‘digital key 2 touches’ to expand the range of smartphone vehicle control and sharing from Android phones to iPhones. The ‘built-in cam’ was also applied for the first time in its class. In addition, ‘after blow’ that dries the inside of the air conditioner after the ignition is turned off, wireless smartphone charging, type-C USB charging ports (one in the first row, two in the second row), and a boss premium sound system are applied.
Avante is operated with a total of three engine lineups: Smart Stream Gasoline 1.6L, LPI 1.6L, and Hybrid 1.6L, and the N line and N models are scheduled to be released in Korea in the second half of the year.
Avante Value
The selling price of the Avante is 19.6 million won for the gasoline 1.6 model Smart, 22.56 million won for Modern, and 26.71 million won for Inspiration. The LPI 1.6 model costs 20.99 million won for smart, 23.94 million won for modern, and 27.97 million won for inspiration. In the case of the hybrid 1.6 model, the smart starts at 25.78 million won, the modern at 28.2 million won, and the inspiration at 32.03 million won. The price of the hybrid model is the price before tax benefits are applied, and the price will be disclosed after the completion of the eco-friendly car notice.
