Another phone call saying that a small dog has been wondering for 5 days around on the street. and that someone has put something on his head and he can’t even eat.
After rescuing him we tried taking it off with our hand, but the dog was in too much pain, Scroll down to watch video
and he would scream every time we tried.
We assume that he has been in this state for awhile cause there was a bad smell around him.
